OpenCode

OpenCode is an open-source AI agent. You can switch between multiple LLM providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google.

It can be used on the ARIM-mdx Jupyter / SSH server (jupyter.arim.mdx.jp). See AI Agentic Data Analysis (Jupyter + SSH Service) for how to connect. For long-running autonomous work, run it inside tmux so that it keeps running after you disconnect.

Installation

Run the install script.

curl -fsSL https://opencode.ai/install | bash

Authentication

Register credentials for the LLM provider you use. Run the following and a list of providers is shown; select one and enter an API key, or open the displayed URL in a browser on your local PC and log in.

opencode auth login

You can check the registered credentials with opencode auth list.

Starting

Move to your project directory and start it.

cd <working directory>
opencode
