Direct Data Transfer IoT Device
================================
The Direct Data Transfer IoT device enables direct and secure data transfer from experimental to ARIM-mdx Nextcloud.
An ARIM-mdx account is required for use. 
Initial users should refer to :doc:`tutorial`.

How to Use
-----------
| 1. Using your smartphone, scan the QR code on the IoT device at each experiment equipment

| 2. Open the URL link and log in to the ARIM-mdx system. Upon successful login, you will see a screen like this:

.. note:: Files will automatically be sent to **large/{Group ID}/{Equipment Name}/{Date}** within the group folder.

| 4. Users with multiple project Groups should select the relevant project.

| 5. When you press **Start Folder Sync** on your smartphone, a **GO2MDX** folder will appear on the equipment PC. Data will be automatically transferred when copied to the **GO2MDX** folder.

.. note:: Data is transferred to ARIM-mdx Nextcloud immediately, so please verify the data transfer at https://arim.mdx.jp/nextcloud

| 6. Once the data copy / transfer is complete, press **Stop & Logout** on your smartphone.

| 7. The process is complete when the USB folder disappears from the equipment PC.
